Ingredients
1 lb spinach
1 pkg bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 cup fresh sliced mushooms
1 can of drained mandarin oranges
8 slices bacon, fried til crisp and broken into small pieces
Dressing:
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cut sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup minced sweet onion
Blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Preparation
Prepare the dressing. Cook the bacon, drain on paper towel. Add the dressing to the salad components and mix. Sprinkle the bacon pieces right before serving.
