Ingredients
1 package of Pillsbury’s extra large croissant dough
1 package of baby spinach
Garlic
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Fry spinach and garlic in olive oil and set aside. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Take croissant dough and reshape the triangles into the flattest-biggest circle possible. Put spinach in middle of dough and then enclose it. Place them on cookie sheets and sprinkle the tops of the pies with salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown.
