2 PKGS FROZEN SPINACH,THAWED AND DRAINED
1 CONTAINER FETA CHEESE
1 PKG SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED (2 CUPS)
1 WHOLE EGG AND 2 EGG WHITES
3 TBLS MILK
3 TBLS BUTTER/MARG
1-2 CLOVES GARLIC , CHOPPED
1/2 MED ONION, CHOPPED
FROZEN PIE SHELL
Preparation
PREHEAT OVEN 350 SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC IN MELTED BUTTER. ONCE ONION IS TENDER REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD SPINACH,FETA AND 1/2 PKG CHEDDAR CHEESE. POUR INTO UNBAKED PIE SHELL. IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX EGGS, MILK AND PEPPER. POUR MIXTURE OVER SPINACH. BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES IN A 350 OVEN. TAKE OUT AND ADD REMAINING CHEESE, BAKE 10 MORE MINUTES.
