Ingredients

12 oz. Muenster Cheese-sliced

2 pkgs. Frozen chopped Spinach

8 oz. of Cottage Cheese

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 medium onion

2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Place cheese slices in a greased, 10" pie pan to form bottom crust.

  3. Cook spinach with onion and drain well (squeeze or press water out).

  4. Add remaining ingredients to spinach & onion.

  5. Pour mixture over cheese crust.

  6. Cover with remaining slices of cheese.

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
