Ingredients
12 oz. Muenster Cheese-sliced
2 pkgs. Frozen chopped Spinach
8 oz. of Cottage Cheese
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 medium onion
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place cheese slices in a greased, 10" pie pan to form bottom crust.
Cook spinach with onion and drain well (squeeze or press water out).
Add remaining ingredients to spinach & onion.
Pour mixture over cheese crust.
Cover with remaining slices of cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is slightly brown.
