Ingredients

¼ c olive oil

½ c chopped onion

1/3 c green onion

2 lbs fresh spinach washed/chopped2

T dried dill weed

¼ c finely chopped parsley

½ tsp salt, pepper

1/3 c milk

½ lb feta crumbled

4 eggs lightly beaten

½ lb butter melted

16 sheets phyllo

Preparation

Heat olive oil 10-12 " Add onions. Stir in spinach. Cover lightly, cook 5 " Add salt, pepper, and dill. Stir constantly until most all liquid is gone and spinach sticks lightly. Put in large bowl, add milk and cool to room temperature. Add cheese and slowly beat in eggs. Taste. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter. Line dish with phyllo 12x 7. Press edges firmly. Brush phyllo with 2-3 tsp butter. Continue 8 layers. Spread mixture and repeat phyllo. Trim excess. Cook 1 hour until pastry is lightly browned.
