Ingredients
1- 9oz bag of baby spinach
2- 4oz of dried cranberries
3- 5oz of candied pecans pieces
4- 1/4 cup or more to taste of crumbled gorgonzola cheese
5- Enough Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette to lightly coat leaves. Tossing is the key to evenly coating salad.
Preparation
Rinse and spin dry fresh baby spinach. Put in large bowl and with Candied pecans pieces,dried cranberries,and a mild Gorgonzola cheese. Toss lightly with fat free Balsamic Vinaigrette until all leaves are coated.
