Ingredients
uncooked baby spinach
sliced pears (or golden delicious apples for variation)
chopped walnuts
crumbled gorgonzola cheese
dressing: equal parts canola oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and soy sauce
Preparation
Wash and drain spinach. Place spinach in large salad bowl. Wash and slice pears. Toss pears, chopped walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese in with spinach in bowl. For dressing, mix equal parts canola oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Emulsify. Dress salad just before serving.
