Ingredients
-baby spinach 1 C per person
-pears sliced and cored 1 pear per 2 people
-thinly sliced purple onion
-walnut halves small palmful for each person
-grape seed oil 1/3C
-balsamic vinegar 1/4C
-raspberry liquor 1 oz(optional)
-2 tsp ea of granualted garlic & onion
-grated parmesean cheese
Preparation
Arrange spinach on each plate, then arrange sliced pears in a circle on top of the spinach, resembling a spoke formation. Sprinke purple onions around the top. Mix all liquid ingredients and seasonings to make vinaigrette, then drizzle over salad. Top with walnuts and grated parmesean cheese.
