Ingredients

12 oz. Mont. Jack cheese

chopped onion

2 bags fresh spinach

1 can cream chicken soup

4 oz. green chilies

salt to taste

8 oz sour cream

1 doz tortillas

Preparation

Fry tortillas til soft. Fill with grated cheese and onions. Cook and drain spinach. Put spinach, soup, chilies and salt in blender. Puree. Stir in sour cream. Pour over tortillas and bake 350 degrees for 30 min. Sprinkle more cheese on top and heat til melted. Let set before serving
