Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz. plain fat free yogurt
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for several hours and serve with crackers.
