Ingredients

1 Package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix

1 small can of water chestnuts, diced fine

2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained

1 cup mayo

1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients at least 3-4 hours before serving. Serve with small slices of thin pumpernickel bread, pita, french bread slices or crackers.
