Ingredients
12 hard boiled eggs
1/4c mayo
2T vinegar
2T softened butter
1T sugar
1/2t pepper
1/4t salt
1/2c frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Cut eggs in half. Combine yolks with all other ingredients. (if not serving right away, set bacon aside instead of mixing it in; sprinkle on top of eggs before serving). Stuff mixture back into eggs.
