Ingredients
1/2 pkg (17.6 oz) Puff Pastry
1 Egg
1 t Water
1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese - shredded
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese - grated
1 Green Onion - chopped
1/8 t Garlic Powder
1 pkg (10 oz) Spinach - chopped
Preparation
- Thaw pastry sheet at room temp. Heat oven to 400F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
- Stir egg and water in small bowl. Stir in Mont cheese, Parm cheese, onion and garlic powder in medium bowl.
- Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Brush with egg mixture. Top with cheese mixture and spinach. Starting at the short side closest to you, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 (1/2") slices. Place slices cut-side down on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
