Ingredients

2 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained

4 green onions chopped

1# mushrooms, sliced or diced

1/4 c butter, melted

1 t garlic

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 c lowfat sour cream

1 t worcestershire

Topping:

1 cup parmesean

Preparation

melt butter and saute onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Combine all of the ingredients. Top w/ parmesean Bake for 30 min @ 350'
