DEFROST SPINACH. SAUTE ONION UNTIL LIGHTLY GOLDEN.THEN ADD SPINACH WITH LIQUID FOR ABOUT 3 TO 5 MINS.THEN REMOVE FROM THE FIRE AND INTO BOWL. ADD 1 CUP OF MOZARELLA CHEESE,1 CUP OF COTTAGE CHEESE,3 EGGS,SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL PUT INTO CASSAROLE BAKE 350 TILL GOLDEN ON TOP. CUT INTO SQUARES. WHEN WARM NOT HOT OUT OF THE OVEN.
