Ingredients
2 pkg (10oz ea) chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 small red onion
1 pkg Knorrr dried veg soup mix
1/2 c. Mayo
1/2 c. Sour Cream
8 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
some pine nuts, lightly toasted
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Optional: sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Heat in oven for 20 minutes on 200.
