Ingredients

2 boxes frozen spinach, cooked, chopped and well drained

2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix

6 eggs, beaten

2 large onions, chopped fine

3/4 cup margarine, melted

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3/4 T. garlic powder

1/2 t. thyme

1 t. black pepper

1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)

Preparation

Mix well, form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet, then freeze. After frozen, place in plastic bagges in freezer until needed. Bake frozen in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
