Ingredients

2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach

2 onions chopped fine

3/4 c melted butter

1 T garlic salt

1/2 T pepper

1 1/2 c Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Stuffing

6 eggs beaten

1/2 c Parmesan cheese

2/3 t thyme

Preparation

Cook and drain spinach Mix all ingredients Make into bite size balls Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees Can be frozen and thawed 1 hr before baking
