Ingredients
1 box stuffing mix (any flavor your prefer)
1 box frozen spinach
Preparation
Prepare stuffing according to package direction reducing liquid to 3/4 thaw spinach and squeeze out water - pat dry 1 large egg beaten
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls the size of a teaspoon
bake in 350 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes
