Ingredients

2 10 oz. pkg. froz. spinach cooked and drained

2 C cubed herbed stuffing

1 lg. chopped onion or palmful of onion flakes

5 beaten eggs

3/4 C melted butter

1/2 C parmesan

1 T garlic powder

1 t black pepper

1/2 t dried thyme

Preparation

allow batter to chill at least 2 hours or overnight make small balls 1 inch or so bake at 350 for 20 min on greased sheet
