Ingredients
1 bag of frozen artichoke
hearts or 2 cans
1 stick of butter
1 onion diced
3 Tbsp garlic minced
1/2 cup flour
7 cups of milk at room temp
2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 lb fresh spinach roughly chopped
3 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Tbsp of your favorite seasoning
1 lb lasagna cook accordingly
1 T butter
Preparation
sautee arichokes in melted butter in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes add onion and garlic and continue to sautee until translucent add flour slowly add milk 1 cup at a time until thick about 5 minutes season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg then add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes next add 1 1/2 cups of parmesan and set aside off the heat. In another skillet addchicken to oil and cook for 5-7 minutes then dice the chicken and finally layer pasta then some sauce then some chicken and about 1/4 cup cheese and repeat layers ending with cheese dab some butter on top and bake for 20-30 minutes
