Ingredients
1 Cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed
1 1/2 Cups chopped frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
6 ounces Tofutti (Soy) Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Tofutti (Soy) Better Sour Cream
1/3 Cup Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 teapoon garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Place spinach and artichokes in 2 cups of water in small pot. Bring to boil for 2 minutes then drain. Allow to cool then squeeze excess water from spinach/artichokes using thick paper towels.
In a separate bowl, heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds or until soft and warm.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Serve hot or cold with pita chips or in a sourdough bread bowl with sliced bread chunks.
