Ingredients
14 oz. can of artichokes (in water), drained and chopped
10 oz. box of chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic, minced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
Serve with tortilla chips, pita, bread or crackers.
