Ingredients

1 1/2 packages of cream cheese

1 packet baby spinach

1 can artichoke hearts

1 cup mayo

parmesan cheese

garlic (2 cloves minced)

salt & pepper

olive oil

Preparation

  1. combine cream cheese, salt, pepper & mayo together in a bowl.
  2. rough chop the spinach
  3. heat olive oil & season with salt, pepper & minced garlic. add spinach & cook
  4. chop artichoke hearts & add to cream cheese mixture
  5. add cooked spinach & combine well
  6. add parmesan cheese to mixture & season to taste.
  7. place mixture in a heat proof bowl & cook for approx 20 minutes @ 375 until top is slightly brown & mixture is bubbling. Serve hot with either tortilla chips or pita chips
