Ingredients
1 - 8oz light cream cheese
1 - 14oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
8 oz fresh spinach steamed and chopped
1/4 C mayonaise
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1/4 C romano cheese
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 C mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 tsp garlic salt
pepper
Preparation
cream cheese, mayo, 2 cheeses and spices add artichokes and spinach put in baking dish and top with mozzarella bake 350C 25 mins or until brown serve with tortilla chips or crackers
