Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1/2 large package cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
Grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Prehead oven to 350.
Cook spinach in salted water as directed. Drain well. Add margarine or butter and cream cheese, mix thoroughly until completely melted.
Drain artichoke hearts and cut into quarters. Grease 8" casserole and arrange artichokes over bottom. Cover with spinach mixture and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
Recipe doubles nicely for a big crowd.
