Ingredients

10 oz. washed baby spinach

1 lb. roasted red peppers

DRESSING

2 tea. grainy musttard

2 tea. (rounded)honey

2 tbs. balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup olive oil

salt and pepper

Preparation

Put spinach and sliced red peppers in bowl. Whisk together other ingredients while slowly adding olive oil. Add to salad and serve.
