Ingredients
9 inches pie crust
1/2 cup boiled broccoli and drained
1/2 cup spinach boiled and drained
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoon cream cheese
2 strips bacon( cook to crispy)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 45o degree F. Combine broccoli, spinach, salt and pepper in food processor, pulse to chop. Add cream cheese to mixture above and pulse for 1 min or well combine. Cut pie crust in round shape and place in back of muffin tin. Bake for 8-10 minutes r until light golden brown. Take pie shell and fill with spinach and broccoli mixture. Top with bacon to serve.
