1/4 c white vinegar
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 t dried basil
1 1/2 t dried oregano
1 t dried thyme
1/2 dried parsley
1/2 t onion powder
2 bay leaves
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t pepper
8 skewers, wood ones soak in water 15 min
2 #s beef cubed
Preparation
In resealable bag, combine the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic spices, Place meat in the marinade, shake to mix Marinate at least over night or up to 3 days Preheat grill, thread meat on skewers Cook meat on grill for 15 -20 min serve on rice or pc of french bread to pull meat off skewers
