Ingredients
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken (cubed)
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Spices to taste (salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, cayenne)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and marinate the cubed chicken for at least one hour. Spread chicken onto greased pan and cook at 500F for 20 minutes.
