Ingredients

1 jar TJ’s Arrabiata Sauce

1/2 container TJ’s crumbled goat cheese (adjust to suit taste)

1/2 tube TJ’s Soy Chorizo

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Olive oil (about 2 T)

1 pkg. TJ’s spaghetti (or your favorite pasta - I often use mini penne, which traps the sauce and is easier for kids to eat, too.)

Preparation

In med. sauce pan on med. heat, combine sauce, 1 T olive oil, pinch salt, pinch pepper, 1/2 tube chorizo and goat cheese. When cheese has melted (sauce will become a light, creamy color), sauce is ready. Cook spaghetti per package directions with pinch salt and 1 T olive oil to prevent sticking. Combine sauce and pasta. Enjoy!
