Ingredients
1 oz chopped/diced tuna
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 stalk scallion(sliced small)
1 tsp Vietnamese Chili sauce(Cock Brand)
1 tsp tobiko/masago/fish egg
1 tsp sesame oil
a sliced of lemon (extract juice)
Preparation
1:Chop/diced tuna in small pieces.Use a medium bowl ,add in all the above sauce ingredients ,mix well.Add in chopped tuna into the sauce and mix well.Ready to serve chill as appetizer.
Note: You can use fish like salmon instead of tuna for this tartar appetizer.I like mine tartar with chili sauce flavor,you can use wasabi if you have spare.Some people like to eat with cracker or salad like shredded daikon with this tartar.
