Ingredients

1 can of tuna

half an avocado

1 tbsp tabascco sauce

1 slice of pepper-jack cheese

2 slices of whole wheat bread

(if preferred)

relish

diced olives

Preparation

1)Mash avocado into a guacamole-like paste. 2)Mix tuna, avocado, tabascco (relish and olives). 3)Toast bread and place pepper-jack on immediately after done toasting. 4)Spread tuna mixture on bread and enjoy.
