Ingredients
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs. (or to taste) canned or jarred jalapenos, minced
2 cans tuna fish
2 8 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 lb. penne
Salt
Preparation
Chop onion. Mince garlic and jalapeno. Add penne to boiling water. Sautee oninon 1 minute. Add garlic and jalapeno. Sautee until onion is clear, before garlic begins to brown. Add tuna. Sautee one minute. Add tomatoes. Sautee until sauce has thickened. Add salt to taste. Drain pasta. Toss with sauce and serve.
