Ingredients
12 oz can solid white tuna
1 inch piece of peeled and minced ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
3 1/2 TBSP chopped roasted almonds
2 chipotles in adobo, minced
3 shallots, minced
3 green onions chopped
4 1/2 TBSP chopped hamburger dill chips
2-3 TBSP chopped cilantro
Squeeze of lime to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayonnaiase 1/2 cup or more to desired consistency
Preparation
Prepare as above and mix all. Mayonnaise amount is variable and up to individual preference.
