Ingredients:

1 tbsp of butter

2 cups of white, long-grain rice

1/3 cup diced jalapenos

1/3 cup diced green onions

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp chili powder or paprika

1/2 tsp chipotle and/or cayenne

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/4 cups chicken stock

1/2 cup of tomato sauce

Preparation

Add butter, add rice, jalapeno and white part of onion. Add stock and tomato. Turn heat off after 20 min, leave cover for 8 min, fluff with fork and garnish
