Ingredients

boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4-inch pieces

2

bags (19 oz each) frozen stir-fry lo mein meal starter

3

tablespoons peanut butter

2

tablespoons lime juice

2

to 4 teaspoons chili puree with garlic

Preparation

Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet or wok with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add contents of meal starter. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, sauce chips are melted and pork is no longer pink, stirring frequently.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice and chili puree; blend well.

Add peanut butter mixture to skillet; cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
