Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans

juice of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons of tahini

1 tablespoon of safflower oil

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of organic tamari

1 tablespoon of Asian chili paste (garlic paste)

4 cloves of garlic

2 teaspoons of lemongrass paste

1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger

1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon of cumin

1 generous pinch of sea salt

Optional 2-4 tablespoons of sriracha for added spice

Cardamom for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to foos processor and blend.
  2. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, crusty bread, vegan naan, tortilla, etc. and enjoy!
