Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of tahini
1 tablespoon of safflower oil
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of organic tamari
1 tablespoon of Asian chili paste (garlic paste)
4 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of lemongrass paste
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 generous pinch of sea salt
Optional 2-4 tablespoons of sriracha for added spice
Cardamom for garnish
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to foos processor and blend.
- Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, crusty bread, vegan naan, tortilla, etc. and enjoy!
