Ingredients
1 lb. of large shrimp, peeled or unpeeled
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. of hot chili flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
4-5 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large, flat casserole dish (or several individual casseroles)Stir to ensure shrimp is coated with olive oil and seasonings. Bake for 12 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and is done. Divide shrimp and broth into individual serving bowls. Serve with crusty bread.
