Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp

1 1b. sea scallops

1 large onion cut into chunks

2 yellow squash sliced 1/4"

2 zucchini sliced 1/4"

1 8oz package of mushrooms

1/3 c. chile oil

(if unable to find use olive oil+ add 1/2tsp. cayenne

pepper)

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp white pepper

1/2 c. hellmans mayo

1/4 c. finely chopped cilantro

1 clove garlic minced

1 1/2 tsp of prepared wasabi

Preparation

Assemble skewers onion, yellow squash, shrimp, zucchini, mushroom or however you would like. Starting w/the chile oil add garlic, lemon juice, salt paprika and pepper. Allow kebabs to marinade several hours or overnight. Grill approximately 3-4 minutes per side depending on the size of the shrimp or scallops. NOTE - DO NOT ADD SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS ON THE SAME SKEWER THE SCALLOPS WILL TAKE LONGER TO COOK. MAKE SHRIMP KEBABS AND SCALLOP KEBABS.
