Ingredients

24 Med. shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 Tbl. dry Sherry

1 1/2 tsp. mild or hot chili powder

1 garlic clove crushed

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil/vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. in Med. bowl, combine shrimp, sherry, chili powder, garlic, cumin & salt, tossing to coat
  2. Place large nonstick skillet over med high heat 30 seconds. Add oil; heat 30 seconds more. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, until shrimp turn pink (5 mins)
