Ingredients

3 chilpoltes

3 cloves elephant garlic

1 tbsp peanut oil

large onion sliced

1 lb shrimp

1 Tblsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp curry

Preparation

grind chipoltes and garlic to paste

heat oil in fry pan add onions and spices fry til tender add shrimp stir fry for 3 minutes

add lemon juice and curry simmer til hot, serve over rice
