Ingredients
1 lb whole Haricots Verts (fresh or frozen)
2 tbs hot pepper infused oil
1 thinly sliced red onion
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
heat oil in saute pan to high heat, add onion, garlic, saute until tender. add Haricots Verts, saute quickly, allowing to brown on some parts, add basalmic vinegar, salt and pepper, lower heat, cover and cook to desired doneness…crisp-tender is our favorite. They become mushy when overcooked.
