Ingredients
1T olive oil
1T crushed garlic
2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with jalepeno peppers(drained)
3T tomato paste
3T whipping cream
1/8t ground red pepper(optional)
1lb box penne pasta
1/2 cup pamesian cheese
Preparation
cook pasta as directed till al dente
Heat olive oil and add garlic, saute 1 min, add 2 cans tomatoes,and stir in tomato paste till combined. Heat till it comes to a boil.
Turn down heat to low and add whipping cream. Cook just till heated. Add ground red pepper for added heat if preferred.
Drain pasta and add to sauce. mix and top with parmesian cheese.
