Ingredients
6 Russet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
1/4 c oil of choice
1 TBSP paprika
salt and pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Preheat over 450
in large bowl combine potoatoes, oil, and spices, toss well to coat. Divide potatoes between 1 rimmed baking sheets, spreading in a single layer. Bake for 20 min. Remove pans from oven and flip potatoes over. Spinkle with garlic. Return pans to oven and bake 20 min.
Serve potatoes hot or at room tep.
