Ingredients

8oz block part-skim cheddar cheese, shredded

4T miracle whip, depending on desired creaminess

5oz 1/3 fat cream cheese

2-3 chipotle peppers, with sauce (super spicy)

S+P

1T paprika

3t Worcestershire sauce

1T crushed red pepper

2 roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry, diced small

5 pitas, cut in 16ths, toasted on both sides in 400 oven

Preparation

Combine all except red peppers in processor. Process until smooth. Add peppers and stir. Serve with pita toasts.
