Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) jar plum jam

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon onion, finely minced

1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine jam, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, red pepper flakes, garlic and ginger. Bring to a boil, constantly stirring. Remove from heat and serve.
