Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Asian sesame oil
3 tbsp rice vinegar (unseasoned)
2 tbsp garlic minced
2 tbsp gingerroot minced
1.5 tsp Asian chili paste or 1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
3/4 cup water
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Use as a dipping sauce for raw vegetables, spring rolls, satay, fried tofu, or tempeh
