2 T veg oil
3 scallions chopped fine
1 garlic clove
1 T ginger, finely grated
1 c water
0.5 c peanut butter
0.25 c soy sauce
0.25 white vinegar
3 T brown sugar
0.25 hot red pepper flakes

heat oil cook the scallions, garlic and ginger 1 min stir in the rest of ingredients bring to simmer and stir til smooth cool
