Ingredients
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 onion, minced
2 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger, minced
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash hot sauce
Preparation
Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Add onion, garlic and ginger. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until soft. Add wine vinegar and brown sugar. Cook until sugar dissolves. Stir in peanut butter, coriander, ketchup, lemon and hot sauce. Blend until smooth. Reduce heat to low and keep warm until serving time.
